Not anything I would truly call a "con". There is not a high ladder for career path, but Velocity provides opportunities for employees to take on diverse responsibilities and contribute to the company's growth in meaningful ways, fostering a close-knit and supportive work culture. It really feels like a team here at Velocity and everyone is encouraged to grow and spread their wings in any area they are interested in.

The company has a great culture focused on the people and delivering high quality work and results to clients...it's extremely satisfying consistently deliver value to clients. The team is experienced and collaborative, so it has been great to have so many opportunities to take on new challenges and learn. The team is great, everyone is supportive of one another, no matter the need, in order to succeed together. There's no bureaucracy, which provides a lot of flexibility for individuals and the company.

Not a con in my mind, but for some the entrepreneurial environment would be difficult. It's not a good fit for the kind of person who's just looking to punch the clock and go through the motions.
