It was informal, with little politics and collegiate. Being at the risk desk is exciting.

Requirement to work nightshift was tough, initially we were rotating but as the company downsized it became long term. I believe ownership lost some interest since they had other businesses they found more exciting.

A few staff are a really worth their weight in gold - always helpful

Indecisive about what constitutes as a good work life balance, very toxic leaders/ management (even HR is biased), salaries are way below market value for the positions
