Good electric bikes to sell

Extremely poor management. No progression. Favouritism amongst staff. Not a diverse work place to work. Management style is very outdated. Customers are constantly unhappy with the service just look at the customer reviews on trust pilot/google they have some of the worst I have seen for a retail store in the heart of central london. It’s a shame because the store had a lot of potential. False promises from management/directors of the company, they will negatively change your commission structure without your permission or any explanation. There is no staff room and you are expected not to take a break. Directors will attempt to deduct money from your salary if products are stolen while you’re working.
