Toxic Environment Use of ancient technology no one heard of No salary / Delayed salary Ego minded management No work-life balance The is the worst company I have ever worked for. The management is full of toxic persons with egoistic mind. During Covid19 all employees are not given salary for 3 months and the management wouldn't care to give an explanation at all. When the employees asked for salary the reply from management is that "We can't assure you when we can disburse the salary, and we request you to work without salary". I can go on and on and on... My advice is that, if you want to ruin your career then go for this company, otherwise DON'T. Regarding the technology, they use legacy technologies and didn't want to try latest technologies.
