The senior management/leadership team was probably the worst thing about this company. They do not even act like they even care about their teams/employees whatsoever. Managers lacked empathy, leadership, competence and self-awareness. These are just a few of many issues here internally. They are so egoistic that I'm sure they do not even know or pretending to not know what is going on. It was incredibly disappointing and toxic to put it lightly, and the effects of that trickled down to the rest of the company and created an apathetic atmosphere.
