Pros
Some friendly and smart people. Good location, free coffee. Good work life balance. Once you've proven yourself to your team, you can usually learn something new/take on new projects.
Cons
Salaries are way below market. Despite the slick PR sin, Vend is a long way from becoming a profitable and even viable business. Lack of clear strategy and direction from Exec. Really poor internal communications, despite the confusing multitude of comms tools. Non-existent team and individual goals, resulting in little accountability. Inexperienced mid to senior management, most of whom have been promoted based upon tenure. You need to be part of the "cool in-crowd' to get anywhere with your career.
