- No growth for PMs
- No PM culture, it's all driven by technical decisions. Therefore the platform UX/UI is from 2001.
- Too many HIPPOs
- Decisions are made based on "Who's right", not "What's right"
- PM management arguments decisions with "Isn't it crazy?!" type of arguments. No qualitative or quantitative data to support those arguments.
- Be ready to be blamed a lot
- Lack of agility, no rapid experiments. For a simple hypothesis, you gotta write tons documentation, msgs for alignment.
- EMs justify devs having low productivity, saying it's fine to carry over stories to the next sprints and take absolutely no action when devs work on 2-3 point stories for weeks!
- Tons of layoffs, restructurings, outsourcing to offshore
- No Slack for messaging
