We appreciate the review, but I’m sorry to hear that your experience as a Venterra team member wasn’t up to our standard. While we continue to use regional benchmarking to inform our pay offerings and have made changes to our compensation structure including leasing commissions, there’s always room to improve, so we appreciate the feedback.
