Pros
The work was great and a lot of hours available. Interaction with Patients was great. Helping those in need gave you real satisfaction.
Cons
Management needs to learn how to motivate without retribution. They don't like people being sick or needing short notice absences due to medical or family needs. You're not allowed to have a life outside the company, it seems. The owners need to rein in management and hold them to training to better the company also. Owners need to stop being cheap when it comes to fixing the safety aspects of all the vehicles. Need to treat employees as people, not indentured servants.
