      The organization means well as a whole. You get to encourage people to get outside.

      Cons

      There are a few (1-2) people in the office who don't treat others with respect at all times. They let their stress get to them and it creates a negative work environment for some.

      My supervisor was incredibly kind and motivational and affirming and gave me a lot of liberty in creating effective lessons and presentations for our students. Passion for the company's mission.
