Pros

Startup culture in downtown is great! To be fair I learned a lot about the industry here. It was a great niche product!

Cons

Didn't want to write a review for Venzee but with all these 5 star reviews being posted what is management trying to prove here??? Clearly all these recent reviews have been written by management or probably coerced employees to make it sound like they are justifying all these old reviews when they let go their entire sales team essentially. This place was a miserable place to work. If you do end up applying, talk to anyone in the sales team and ask for an honest opinion.

Pros

I've really enjoyed the people who make up this organization, from entry level to leadership there is a sense of community and desire to work together to build something great. There is also tremendous opportunity to grow with the company. The qualities management looks for are those of driven teamplayers, who can recognize a need and find the solution. In my short time I've seen many examples of people moving up in the organization and carve out their own niche as they have contributed to success. It's an exciting place to be. I also love the remote work environment. We have the tools to be well connected , and communication is key. And there are no micromanagers here, there is mutual respect and everyone contributes their best.

Cons

No cons at this time.

Pros

I can't think of any. (The 4-star ratings here were probably created by management. They did the same with their Shopify reviews.)

Cons

Everything at Venzee is a con. This is a bunch of insanely dishonest/psychopathic personalities pretending to run a company. Apart from the developers and customer support, who seem like genuinely decent people, anyone else still working there should be considered suspect. If management doesn't like you (they don't need a real reason) they will go out of their way to get you. The result is that their best talent heads for the door. NEPOTISM. Merit doesn't count for anything in this company. See my above comment. Do not be tempted to apply.

Venzee Response

Yikes! I took the lead at Venzee in 2019 so, maybe the new leadership team isn't the focus of your harsh commentary. That said, while there were certainly management challenges in the past, it is really unfair to indict an entire company. In my experience, leaders, managers, and workers are motivated to do good. Even so, a company culture may not reflect the good people are naturally inclined to do. In this case, you note a culture in need of change and that change has taken place - from the board level on down. Our growth reflects that change and the good our team is doing on a daily basis. Thank you for the comments.
