      Pros

      Good work/life balance compared to other players in the industry. For hourly employees , they have a well-structured progression plan to move up pay and title-wise. International company which helps buffer against regional/national challenges.

      Cons

      At the time, company wasn't growing regionally so there wasn't much upward mobility.
