Pros

Having been in the workplace for decades, I am increasingly impressed by how well Veracity is navigating rapid growth and hiring the best people. The balance between structure and flexibility makes this a comfortable place to do satisfying work. It's also a pleasure to work with really smart, collaborative colleagues.

Cons

Growth has led to limited office space for the next few months, so working remotely is occurring in some cases.

Pros

Management is fantastic. They do whatever they can to make sure employees are happy. Upon learning that I wasn't exactly happy in my current office's geographic location, they even flew me out to another office to meet the people who work out there and see if I'd like it better there.

Cons

Location. The office in Utah is in a dreadfully boring small town. It may be a great place if you have kids and are Mormon, but since neither applies to me, I am not happy living here.

Pros

I started employment at Veracity Forecasting and Analysis a few weeks ago in the Alexandria, VA, office. I truly enjoy the people, the leadership, and the daily interaction that occurs. So far this company is as advertised. They are flexible (as conveyed in my interviews) and are true believers in family/work life balance, which is very difficult to find in the DC metro area. Having this balance is of significant importance to me as a mother of two young children. The salary and benefits package are fair for the area and for the work being conducted. Veracity's team-building focus extends to benefits as well. The team was recently surveyed on our potential desire to amend certain benefits. I come from a very large company where employee desires weren't necessarily at the forefront of our benefits package. So far so good!

Cons

I do not have any cons to report.
