Pros

There is none, you will waste your time and money

Cons

It is a scam, owner is manipulative, no work life balance, training is awful, whatever you do don’t wast your time! Will try luring you in with being a family but it isn’t.

Pros

As I began looking into my first position after college I quickly realized what was really important to me. I needed to be in an environment that facilitated constant development in as many areas as possible and also had the upward mobility to set goals to work towards every day. I was actually very hesitant about starting in a sales role, because it felt very much out of my comfort zone. However, I could really tell that company's real focus was developing as many skills in each person as possible and not just sales skills. This actually motivated me to not only join the company, but in the short amount of time I've been here I've also realized how much I really enjoy sales! I get rewarded based on my merit and am challenged every single day to be the best version of myself in order to be successful!

Cons

If you're new to rejection in sales like I was that can feel like a con at first, but eventually I realized how much confidence it actually instilled in me!

Pros

They hire anyone, gives you job experience

Cons

EVERYTHING! The pay is terrible. You split most of your commission. The owner “Buck” is lazy and not friendly. An older guy that works there doesn’t follow the “system” but won’t get fired because he’s the only person that’s been there longer then 3 weeks. We share an office with another similar company and it’s probably because there’s no money being made. The pay scale is apparently better then it used to be and idk how anyone makes money or “gets out” to run their own business. People stay there between 1 day to 3 weeks max. You drive your own car, waste your own gas, and sometimes HAVE to drive 2+ hrs away. I’ve never been out of the city before this job! If you don’t spend 10-12 hrs a day working between sales, meetings, one on ones, and team nights, the you feel bad and they guilt you. This company’s product they sale has been around St. Louis for so long that everyone have it, don’t want it, or had a bad experience with it. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS JOB OR ANY LIKE IT!
