Pros
Verasolve is a great place to work if you're a strategic thinker and doer; creative; able to work primarily independently and occasionally collaboratively; enjoy working with a variety of clients in a multitude of industries; and are comfortable with time management and tight deadlines. Verasolve is also a great place to work because of the wonderful people who work there - smart, creative, collaborative and a lot of fun to hang out with, in and out of the office. Verasolve is also a good fit for working parents, or for anyone who appreciates the opportunity to work from home one to two days a week, and the ability to have a flexible schedule, as needed, such as when you have a doctor's appointment or a child's baseball game. Verasolve's beautiful, new, open office space in a lovely landscaped setting is also a big plus.
Cons
Verasolve isn't near a Metro stop or a bus stop, so you'll definitely need a car. You'll work hard and fast and your days will be full, but if you can manage client expectations with respect to work hours and reasonable timelines, you'll rarely work nights and weekends. Verasolve management does support a positive work life balance, but on a day-to-day basis, you have to stick up for yourself with clients.
