Pros
The staffs, holidays and it made me wiser(fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...not going to happen thanks to Verastar).
Cons
Clueless/useless management team, no teamwork(every man/woman for themselves), no freedom of speech(it's like treading on eggshells), pay progression is a joke and putting far too much pressure on the staffs, poor staff turnover(which continues to get ignored), you become nothing but a number on a seat the moment you step into the call centre floor, no recognition for your hardwork, wages' awful even with pay progress(you can actually go to talk talk to do Broadband and get 22k rather than the 16.5k they pay at Verastar), the company is a sinking ship, no sick pay for actual advisors who are actually sick, no support from your management team, two faced managers, judge the company by the fake reviews left by their recruitment team, they prey on naive people(both customers and staffs)...I'm going to stop now but the list of cons go on.
