2yAn engaged, collaborative team is of the utmost importance to the success of Verathon which is why we heavily encourage all of our employees to participate in our annual engagement survey and provide feedback to their managers, HR or anyone else in leadership if they feel that there could be improvements made to our culture, systems, etc. While we still have room for improvement, we have made great strides to implement to policies and procedures to create an engaged culture and this is a top priority for us in our continuous improvement initiatives.
