Pros

Discounts for cellular service and PTO

Cons

Everything.. every store is understaffed they don’t pay the reps much more than minimum wage so hiring new reps is almost impossible... the wage is so small that when reps decide to leave the company they don’t in their 2 weeks they just leave and never come back... no call.. no notice.... nothing. $9 per hour is laughable and they don’t give out overtime.. as a store manager I felt bad making more than triple what my reps did but hey I was working 70+ hours a week salary!! (Requires 45 hours and you won’t be paid for OT)

Pros

Benefits such as insurance is a positive, customers at times as well

Cons

Management little to no existence for assistance, pay and commission is abysmal-almost comedic, long-continuous stretches in shifts with minimal accommodation such as one day off after six to eight work days in a row usually involving doubles, inconsistent scheduling, no involvement with leadership during customer interactions or for personal goal(s)- as it is made crystal clear only leaderships pay matters, as well as customers being adjusted to bend over and kiss attitudes. Management allows customers to not walk-but run in circles over reps, even if they’re clearly incorrect or the customer is actively attempting to scam and or steal. As a rep previously, witnessing violations against employees such as inappropriate conduct against employees in-front of customers upon other problematic practices, the so called ‘management’ will simultaneously lie to your face and engage in work place gossip- or in some cases retaliation behind closed doors. You will not grow here, you will stay at the lowest possible rank until you are pushed out of the company.
