Quite an exciting startup to work with! The founder is very knowledgeable and provides real insights even with the interns. The mission of the company is very unique and it can get quite big in the future. The clients they have are from various big firms hence providing you with the insights of the tech industry. The head I was reporting to was an amazing person as well he had helped me with understanding the work in a fun way and made me handle few tasks on my own. That really helped me grow in confidence. Everything is good except the fact that the accountability is missing in terms of when you are alloted a task, there is less accountability that is being asked from you. Also they don't allot alot of tasks to interns if you are not gonna full time. It's good in a way but kind of hinders your growth as well!
