Very friendly tight nit group, fun grip of people

Not enough support and training to evolve and grow.

I have worked for Veristor Systems for close to 13 years and as a result I have seen the growth of the company, the changes, and what it takes for an individual to succeed here. Veristor takes chances on people and I have benefited tremendously from that in my career. If you have the drive to work hard, to learn, and to better yourself, Veristor provides the support, tools, and direction for anyone to be successful. I've seen people change their lives and the lives of their families because Veristor took a chance on them and they took advantage of the opportunity that Veristor provides.

It is a fast paced, growing company and there are high expectations for everyone. Because of that, there is not a lot of room for formalized training. A lot of that rests on the individual. Also, the break room is completely devoid of bacon or tools to cook pork derived products.
