The office is small for the amount of people working in it. No paid parking and it's downtown so that is an extra expense for hourly employees in the call center.

Location in downtown Memphis. Relatively easy job. Some verifications can be difficult but also rewarding when trying to help others with employment.

Extremely low pay. Few opportunities for advancement. Account executives are verbally and emotionally abusive. Work outsourced to India.
