Pros
Very interesting, exciting, unique capability. There was so much going for the company and so much potential to do even bigger and better things. Fun place to work and made some great friends.
Cons
All of the fun is not worth what you have to put up with. Once new management took over in 2016, the ship began to sink. There is 0 support from upper management and it seems as they are taking a nice extended vacation while the peasants do all of the hard work. Not only is it not a 9-5, but it is more like a 7-7 WITH working on the weekends. Management does not take any advice into consideration and literally does whatever benefits themselves. I do not believe the "fun" events are worth the what you have to go through as an employee.
