There have been a lot of leadership and organization changes recently which are exciting for the future and the impact you and the company can make.
Cons
Verily has grown quickly in a short amount of time in headcount and business. Some processes and practices have not adapted to this change so there are some inefficiencies being worked out - such as a lot of last min requests, changes, or approval process needed.
