Cutting edge projects, exciting work, more opportunities in digital health under one roof than anywhere else I have seen. Lots of room for advancement.
Cons
Lots of ambiguity, frequent org changes. If you can handle ambiguity and change, the world is your oyster. If you struggle in this type of environment, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.
