Work-life balance seems to vary from team to team. Managers have a lot of freedom and flexibility to manage their teams as they see fit. If you have a good manager that promotes good work-life balance, you will enjoy it here. Most people incredibly smart and great people to work with. There is a lot of opportunity for growth

Timelines are tight and sometimes infeasible. Communication from senior leadership is questionable.
