      Good culture (EMEA), lots of talented people, helpful workforce who go the extra mile and work hard for team mates and customers, good middle managers, EMEA senior managers and HR team care about people.

      Cons

      Product strategy is unclear, poor quality top management in Product House, not enough investment in product development.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
