      Pros

      Lots happening, interesting technology which is always changing, a growing organisation with lots of new and innovative ideas. Plenty of acquisitions every year add to the portfolio. Some good staff outside of senior management and directors.

      Cons

      Resistance to change from Engineering UK senior management. Too much focus on online training and a lack of time allocated to real hands on training. Poorly managed Support staff. Common sense ideas are regularly listened to and ignored. No focus on process improvement or efficiency. Too many layers of ineffective senior management who are surplus to requirements.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
