      Everything for everyone is hard right now, but I can say this company is trying...hopefully it will work soon so we can keep the good employees.

      Cons

      Is it too late? Leadership lacks empathy for employees and society. Always behind the movements instead of leading them and being leaders.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
