      Pros

      Pay is within the normal range for the job and area. Remote work is great and allows for flexibility. Manger is great and doesn’t bother you or micromanage like others. My department has great managers and are very easy to talk to and open to ideas. Team is great to work with.

      Cons

      Little slow to adopt things and shifts quickly in the middle of a project, but that’s really anything in IT.

      Not as competitive as other system integrators and resellers. Hard to compete against them.
