      A lot of holidays due to working bank holidays. Good benefits like healthcare and leisure perks and discounts. Frequent work incentives to boost employee morale.

      Cons

      Unreasonable working days at times. Some management issues. Some of the schemes can be quite anti-workforce.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
