Pros

If you enjoy working 12 hour days 5-6 days a week you can make a decent bonus

Cons

They will find every way to not pay your bonus if possible i.e going late to one of your 50 appointments due to traffic will be a 50% penalty on your bonus. You have to earn a certain threshold to recieve your bonus which you are conveniently below after the penalty

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations. While we’re glad to hear you recognise the bonus potential for those who put in the hours, we understand your concerns about the pressure and how performance-related penalties can feel discouraging. We're also committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance and maintaining a culture that respects the individuals behind the results. If you're open to a further conversation, we’d appreciate the opportunity to listen in more detail and work towards a better experience for everyone. Please get in touch by emailing communications@verisure.co.uk.
