Non negotiable with pay rates-$15/hr is not enough for anyone to live on. Many employees have another job to make ends meet. Does not adjust pay based upon inflation and raises seem rare.

Most of the individuals who work at this company are outstanding—intelligent, hardworking, and deeply dedicated to their roles.

Around 2017 (noting that this date option was unavailable on Glassdoor), individuals selected for supervisory roles demonstrated concerning behavior, particularly with regard to honesty and integrity. One supervisor, in particular, was involved in multiple incidents where employees were set up for failure. For example, they granted time off to an employee via Google Chat, then later denied having given permission when speaking with Human Resources—an action that can be substantiated with written evidence. Several incredible employees were terminated based on what appear to be false or misleading statements made by this supervisor. It is concerning that upper management appeared to overlook this behavior, suggesting a tendency to play favorites rather than address issues impartially.
