Pros

VV offers a strong starting salary and great benefits, catered lunch, and you can take home as much organic produce as you want. Knowing that my work supported sustainable agriculture felt great, too.

Cons

Warehousing staff were all always dealing with one injury or another (tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, knee, wrist, ankle, and back problems, etc) and the company stance while I was there was to just sweep it under the rug. The HR person actively tried to get people to lay blame on themselves so the company would not have to pay worker's compensation. In this way, in spite of their ideals, they were just like any other company with a large warehouse team. If you can get a job in Sales, Purchasing, or the Driving team, do so. Avoid warehouse work unless you are fine with sustaining injuries you'll have to pay for out of your own pocket.

Pros

None whatsoever... free lunches maybe... but they serve the same crap everyday

Cons

Lack of training from floor trainers. Skin cooler favorites towards dei hires. Worst than a union work place. No annual raises.. Females their have something up their butts.
