Toxic/dysfunctional culture - Anonymous employee Veritas Technologies Employee Review

Company was split and sold to a private equity firm, Carlyle Group, and is unstable. Benefits keep getting trimmed down. Lots of outdated employees collecting a paycheck waiting for a severance package. Managers only promote friends and family from within the "good old boys club". This is not a good place if you want to grow your career.
