Business outlook
Pros
1. People are friendly, and do their best to work together . 2. Middle management team are nice enough but have very limited power to change anything. 3. Strong core product with NBU (although we’re losing more than we use to)
Cons
1. This company is either being lined up to be broken up and sold off, or sold to another private equity firm (give it 12 months) 2. Four CEO’s in four years! 3. Constantly changing exec team with constantly changing strategy 4. Targets for sales are not achievable in most cases (drive more revenue but pay less in commission- reduce opex) 5. Pipeline is low so the pressure is constant
