Pros
It was just a job. It was close to nearby public transportation. Twice a year there were employee parties/lunches. Coworkers are great.
Cons
Upper management has no clue how to raise morale, and it was low the whole time I worked there. NYC Christmas party is all the way out in Long Island, even for the NYC employees who live in Jersey. Compensation was horrible, benefits are not great. Barely a 401k match. No bonuses if you're not a manager or in sales.
