Pros
Excellent reputation in the industry. Great technology. Client satisfaction rating are off the charts. A great, friendly and supportive work environment. Large company but really cares about the people - the CEO, Nancy Josephs knows EVERYONE! (GlassDoor is outdated and still shows Bob Cullen, the previous CEO who's been gone since early 2014!)
