The people who work there are nice to work with.

The company is led and partially owned by a CEO who can't resist but cultivate a negative atmosphere, talking down to employees and managing them 18 century style. If you get to work with him, it doesn't matter if you're from HR, finance, marketing, sales, pro services. or you name it, there's a good chance, you'll be left with a feeling of insecurity about your future within the company for a very long time. To top that, there's an unhealthy sense of favoritism. Despite smiles and a welcoming vibe, I strongly suggest finding somewhere else.
