Billing is a mess--resoltion also outsourced to Phillipines No commitment by management to fix customer problems--just want new revenue Poor Integration of Teremark New Sr. leadership (as of 2012) is too transactional focused. Former model was solution focused. Poor compensation for Professional Services ( Terremark services) On going layoffs are a standard way of running the business. Who gets chosen is as much a mystery as who doesn't.
