Pros
Great environment to work. Verizon invest a lot of time to train it's employees to ensure that it's customer get excellent customer service. Management was highly visible and accessible anytime you needed to speak with them. Great benefits packages offered and also tuition reimbursment.
Cons
Late hours and weekends work schedule for most new hires. very difficult to move up because of seniority model. You will work as a lowly phone support specialist for many years before you get the opportunity to move up.
