Pros
The only pro to working here is having this well-known company on your resume and they reimburse some of your graduate school tuition or certifications.
Cons
- Staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming since day one. No one reaches out to you to feel comfortable - All management cares about is how to keep saving the company money. So little emphasis on the customer or their employees (unless you're in marketing or IT) - No consideration for work-life balance. - Employees only care about themselves. No team effort or collaboration. - Management does not provide proper training or guidance to new employees. - Very limited opportunities for advancement. - Company does not allow any professional recommendations for current or former employees. - No appreciation by upper and mid-level management for work done.
