*Your experience heavily depends on your manager and director. Several managers are extreme control freak micro-managers and do nothing to help you, coach aggressive sales tactics, need to play the politics game to get anywhere, many reps do not hit quota, reps are viewed as purely numbers, no flexibility, must make cold calls all day to prospect, email domain deliverability is poor resulting in many outbound emails going to spam - limited to only 150 email sends a day, meta-metrics and favoritism outweigh closed won revenue
