Pros
I get to sell a best in class product, almost all reps/managers are friendly and highly talented, and the office culture is fun (managers plan cool events and the spiffs are always worth competing for). Free food and snacks in office.
Cons
Reckless and chaotic turnover rate (includes all roles); one of the lowest AE salaries across the tech industry; impossible/unattainable quotas in most sales territories; no consideration, discretion or adjustments given to the inequities in sales territories (quotas are the same across the board, no matter what); aggressive territory splits (including in the poor performing geographies); channel partners don't respect the org (mainly due to the turnover); and we have a culture of intense micro management.
