-Leadership has no clue what is actually going on. -Their recruiters lie and say that 70% of sales force hits quota when its closer to 25% -They ask reps to go on Glassdoor and leave a positive review bc the industry is getting word about how this is not a great place to work. -They focus on the wrong metrics, and have no clue how capital sales processes actually work
