I regretfully worked at VeroTech for 1 year. What a wasted year it was. It was an incredibly toxic work environment. The CEO’s micromanagement is omnipresent and suffocating. From day one, it was evident that the company prioritised profit over employee growth and wellbeing. There is a pervasive culture of dishonesty, lack of respect and the lack of trust in people was palpable. Moreover, the turnover rate is alarmingly high. Instead of addressing the underlying issues causing dissatisfaction, the CEO seems content with perpetuating a revolving door of employees, people really don’t matter here. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against joining VeroTech. It’s a place where ambition is overshadowed by greed and where talented individuals are driven away by micromanagement and dishonesty.
