Pros
Decent salary Seems as though there can't be a meeting without food (good food)
Cons
Middle managers with no experience in their field or as a manager, so they are threatened by competence, reward sycophants, and demand blind support of the status quo. No new idea is a good idea because it implies you think you know more than your boss or you're just a trouble maker/malcontent. "Family culture" just means your boss is the parent and you are the powerless child - go along with whatever your boss considers family traditions, rituals, or fun, or risk being labeled a problem child who needs to shape up or ship out. No work-life balance - plan to eat at your desk and don't worry about rush hour because you'll be going home long after rush hour is over. No way to get promoted - managers hire buddies from outside the company or (on rare occasion) advance their most ardent "yes man." Impossible working environment, because of "open" design and short, small cubicles - forget about being able to concentrate.
