Thank you for taking the time to share this review about your time with us, and I’m glad to know you had such a positive experience. Given all the change that comes with going public, acquiring new businesses and expanding into Europe, it’s no surprise that employees feel uncertain. To help counter this, I communicate with all global employees at least bi-weekly, I host a quarterly global Town Hall, and other executive leaders across Verra Mobility have similar communication methods. Part of our core value, “Lead with Grace,” is to be authentic and candid by communicating effectively. Our leaders and I are committed to giving timely and helpful information and ensuring messages are clear and transparent. I am optimistic that employees will become less and less uncertain about what’s coming as time passes.
