Pros
HTA has grown from small beginnings into an established fast moving company. It operates more like a software company than a services company and takes employees comfort and voices to heart. The company's leadership team are accessible and it's on a fast track to revolutionizing the tolling industry in several major areas. It has a very well established remote working policy, open access to it's CEO and leaders and takes steps to keep a start-up feel despite it's growing size. It's office location, close to the Path and Light Rail is a plus and on the social side there are great events throughout the year.
Cons
HTA operates in a complex market are and will appeal to those want to be challenged. Getting up to speed with the specifics of the tolling industry takes a little time but the company has improved on-boarding and is making information more accessible internally.
