The Ideal Team - Marketing Verrah Employee Review

I worked under Tasha Gideon as a copywriter and content strategist as an employee of a startup which hired Tasha as an interim CMO. She was, simply put, an understanding and fantastic boss. She demonstrated a comprehensive awareness of what we needed to do to market our product. Her expertise was paired with the communication and leadership skills to gel our team together. We generated better results than we thought we could produce, faster than we thought we could produce them.

Verrah was a wonderful place to work. The client relationships are strong and trusting and the company culture is exactly the same. Tasha, Verrah's CEO, is incredibly insightful, warm yet has high standards of quality from her team which is a difficult balance to strike, but she seemingly does it with ease. There's a genuine sense within the company that everyone wants for each other's success. Verrah fosters an environment that encourages opportunities to use your voice, make an impact, and move towards the company's and your own long-term goals. It's genuinely an amazing place to work.
