Ok for junior associates, not great for senior level associates - Associate Verrill Dana Employee Review

Pay is low because they base everything off their Maine office. Management loves expanding and growing but does nothing to deal with basic needs and training. They talk a lot but don’t act. They continue to hire senior partners who can’t do basic word processing and don’t invest in associates.
